ok, heres the scoop: i have all but the last two cactuars captured and im stuck on the second to last one. the strat. guide sez its'a on the outside deck of the airship, but i cand seem to find it out there and i have tried prolly a dozen times. am i doing some thing wrong? the outside deck is the place where you fight everae earlier, right?

did you see the catuar teleport up to the ship via the save shere next to the oasis?
if not then teleport to the desert leave and reenter the scene and go back to the save sphere to activate the event where the catuar teleports to the ship
and yes, the outside deck is where you fight everea

Also remember, if you have progressed through the game to where you are at the final battle with Sin and you go up to the to of the air ship, Yuna will be there. Not the cacatur. You will have to progress through the game till you can go back up to the roof to finish that part of the mini game. Good luck.
