Yeah i know this is off topic but i just got a new game called empire earth but when i try to install it says incompatible RPC stub. Its never happened before.thx for helping in advance

It looks to me like you should install the latest Service Pack for the Windows you are running... In IE go to Tools/Windows Update and follow any instruction. That should do the job.

It still does it when i try to install it but the thing is it only does it for that game all my other games install fine.Think it might have something to do with the game.

Then I don't know. The RPC stub has something to do with the Remote Procedure Call protocol. If that game isn't an on-line game I am also very surprised that it looks at it. Try to check the manual. Also do a search in Google (RPC stub empire earth). Well, I did it for you. Check

It seems to be a Windows problem as I said. Look on that site and then, if nothing works, ask for help there.

i followed the instructions on the site and now it works thanks a lot i can finally play my game.
