ok, it took me forever, but this is what i did. have someone(it doesn't really matter who, but i used yuna) equipped with the ragnarok which reduces mp cost to 0. equip with catnip in the other slot. for a dressphere, use berserker and be sure that you know evade and counter. If not, spend some time getting to know this. for a garment grid, i think it is supreme light, or something like that. Just be sure you can use auto-life. Cast auto-life as soon as possible in fear of the heaven's cataract move. let the two people that are not berserkers die, or let her stone them, or whatever. when it is one on one, she will not use stone glare anymore. You can then evade her attacks and counter them. Once she uses heaven's cataract, you will probably die. however, by using auto-life, you will be brought back. Also, the cat-nip will allow you to do 9999 each hit, so as long as your energy is yellow, i suggest using something that attacks all enemies like fire gem or something like that. long slow process, but always proved effective for me. good luck.
