1. I honestly don't know. I was just visiting a site, and it says you have to have played at leat 2 seasons (20 games)(source: http://www.square-x.com/~ffx/ffx_s1.txt), before you can get the item. But then, on another site, I've read you have to have played about 250 games. I would like to know the exact answer myself.

2. You get the attack reels, and the rest of his reels, as a prize for winning tournaments.

3. (This is from http://www.square-x.com/~ffx/ffx_s1.txt) The Spirit Lance, his lgendary weapon, can be acquired by activating 3 Cactuar stones in the Tunder Plains. In order to do this, just move next to them and press the square button. After activating 3 stones, the the ghost of a Cactuar floating around above the ground at the Thunder Plains-South and follow it to a small ruined lightning tower on the right side. Press square to send a bolt of lighting into the tower to reveal a chest with the weapon.

Weapon Location: After you can control the airship, the bartender in Luca
Cafe will give this to you if you've won at least 5 Blitzball games. You MUST
have the Celestial Mirror in your inventory to get the weapon.

Jupiter Crest location: Luca Stadium, in a locker in the Besaid Aurochs locker
room. You can get this after you've finished everything you need to do in Luca
for story purposes.

Jupiter Sigil location: After winning all four of Wakka's Overdrives, this is
a random grand prize in the Blitzball League game.

Difficulty to Obtain: Easy or difficult, depending on your Blitzball skills,
and VERY time-consuming. Winning the Sigil could take anywhere from 50 wins if
you're lucky, to over 250 wins if you're unlucky. Having Tidus' Jecht Shot
ability really levels the Blitzball playing field, not to mention that the
animation wastes about 40 seconds of game time, allowing you to speed through
games lightning-quick. Consult a Blitzball FAQ for further information on the
minigame.

About Wakka's Jupiter sigil and overdrives. Before to check the prices for any NEW tournament/league exit Blitzball and SAVE! Choose to play Blitzball again, check the prices. If they do not show an overdrive or the jupiter sigil in case you already have the four of them, soft reset (L1-R1-L2-R2-Start-Select all together). Check the prices again. Soft reset until you get an overdrive/sigil as the first prize.

Wakka doesn't need to be on the team. Tidus does. You need Tidus' Jecht Shot to have an easy life.

A trick to level up players should be, after you are winning a game, to have two players close enough and free of opponents. Keep passing the ball until the game ends. Personally I prefer to play and win. After a while your chars get strong enough to pass around, score (at least Tidus), etc, without too much fear how being tackled.

Obviously I meant the "prizes". How could I keep making such a mistake?

Tx alot all off u. Obviously I have a new question ready for u people. Understand that only the most skilled and knowlagable players can answer this one. Here it comes.
How do I get the Jecht shot? (Still possible after u get the ship?) and I don't need wakka in my team to get him his specials?? (With specials i think of the wither shot and stuff like that)

You can still get the Jecht shot if you missed it first time by going back to the boat (once you have the airship) and completeing the Jecht shot 'challenge'. As for the specials, they mean Wakka's overdrives and the sigil, not his blitzball techniques.

My one tip for blitz is to make sure you recruit Brother (the airship pilot) and play him in midfield as he will boss the game for you
