Found in the secret dungeon of the Calm Lands after dispatching the chocobos and having them return safely.
Full Throttle - Break HP - Corpus Invictus
Found in the secret cave in the Thunder Plains after defeating all of the fiends in front of the lightening rod towers. After finding Cid, explore the cave further to find it.
Full Throttle - Break Damage Limit - Victor Primoris
Found on Mi'ihen Highroad. I think it is the curve right after the bridge. Ride a chocobo there. The first time he jumps the gap, he will fly up. The second time, he will jump down and give you a chest with the item.
