If you're talking about Angru Maiyu, try this:
The Angry Guy
Minimum Recommended Level 55. Still challenging at this level and you must
be very careful to keep yourself from getting killed. Higher lvls of
course will be a much easier fight.
Have 2 Dark Knights and an Alchemist. Use the Alchemist to heal by mixing
potion & hi-potion for Mega-Potion Every available turn. When you run out
of potions be sure to have the stash ability for Mega-Potion learned.
The Dark Knights should have their proofs learned before the fight. Have
the Dark Knights use darkness while the alchemist is healing. As long as
they are using darkness, it doesn't matter if they have been darkened.
If any die wake them up as quickly as possible.
If you've obtained any Ribbons, be sure to equip them. If you managed to
get the Ragnorak accessory you can equip it to a dark knight and she won't
lose hp when using darkness. If you didn't obtain Ragnorak, at this point
it is not available to go back and get. You need to get a certain culprit
at the Mi'hen mystery to obtain it.
Also consider equiping Valient Lustre G.G. obtained from clearing out the
fiends in the Thunder Plains in Ch5.
You will not be able to use MP in this fight, and his hp is just above
333,000 so prepare for a LONG fight.
--- And if you haven't been following a 100% Completion guide, you Do Not
have to fight this guy to finish the game. However the reward is a Ribbon
Accessory And you will not be able to do any more digging unless he is
defeated. If you haven't been following a guide I recommend it for your
next game, you'll get much more out of it, and be less likely to miss
things.
