if u dun raise to lvl 5 for either then do not get epsiode complete in the calm lands?????

hmm...to get episode complete in calm lands, you must go campaign for a company and that company must get 400 PR points...
you'll find out if you already got 400 PR points if Calm Lands becomes a hotspot in Ch. 5

You have to do it for the episode complete and you must start by chapter 3. You can wait till ch3, but not any later!

Just reach level 4 and play Sky Lots, losing on purpouse. You get 1 PR point for something like 200 credits lost (now I don't remember correctly). In Ch. 5 you should have enough money to buy credits and if you care to waste time you can go to level 5 in both agency (then you can buy a special GG, I think.
Still waiting for FFXII??
