When you complete the game 1st time round, you keep all collected garment grids right? but do u keep dresspheres too? and the abilities you have earned?

Yes, you keep all dress-spheres that you've obtained, and all abilities that you've learned for it as well. Just be sure to save your New Game Plus data after the credits.
