if u didn't already know Nimrook is the best goalie in blitzball. he starts with catch of 18 and at lvl 99 he has a catch of 67. the only thing is i've had him in my team for a while now, lvl 27, and he still hasn't learnt a single new tech. not even his first key tech (venom tackle). none of the other players techs ever go blue. is there a trick to him. like he doesn't start learning new techs til lvl 50 or sumtin <img src="/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

to learn key techs u ahve to get em from other players..forgot what it was called..by techcopy or whatver and he should get it..or win it..i dunno i forget

I don't really know either, I only ever used him as a Goalie.

this is weird, well i think its because you didnt learn his key techniques, i waited playing blitzball till i had the airship and hired Nimrook as soon as he was available, when he was lvl 26 or sumthing he was the most advanced player in my team with venom tackle 3, venom pass 2 etc. So i guess the only reason that he hasnt got any abilities in ur game is that u started to learn key techniques a bit later. I was trying to get Nimrook as goalie, but by the time he was available, my goalie's catch was higher than his! <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

You gotta have learnt their key techniques from techcopying it from other players.

oh yeah, I think most golies have little space to learn new techs.

true Strawberry but in the end Nimrook will have a much higher catch, keepa may have a better stat at some lvl but in the end Nimrook has the best catch stat of all.

Well it doesn't matter too much as the only time that catch really mayyers in early on, as when you level up, most of the other teams don't opften get a shot on goal.

As for the techs well yep, you gotta techcopy them from other players, but as far as keepers are concerned well Grip Gloves and super goalie are the main ones regardless of their key techs

Miyu's key techs are super golie, gamble and Hi risk. And only super golie can be learnt by tech copy the other two have to be learnt from winning tournys....

CA doesn't matter since one you reach levels 20+ the other team never gets to shoot (so just hope no shooting ability is your key tech)

if u want all the abilities, the other team needs to take a shot every now and then for u to have a chance at learning their skills, so in my game the other team got plenty of chances to score (not that they ever did, lol) so there accually is some use for recruiting Nimrook on ur BB team <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
