Hey is there any super good place to level up? Even in new areas, most fiends will only give 400 exp. The only good place i have found is the calm lands dungeon where they give you 800-1000 but thats only every once in a while.

for the mushroom high road secret cave, how do you get all the door walls to light up???

To open up the cave on Mushroom rock, you need to collect all the spheres. You open it up in Ch 5.

For experience, which chapter are you on? Well anyway, imo the best (and easiest) place is the secret area in northern thunder plains (the one where you have to ask the al bhed to take you to the hole). You fight only easy machina there, but they give you tons of exp points.

If you want quicker exp you might want to use the ladyluck ds, which has double exp.

I've also heard that the farplane has some fiends that give lots of exp, as well as the higher levels of via infinito, but those are some tough fiends and you risk dying.

If you find all 10 Crimson Spheres you'll be able to enter the Den of the Woe in Ch.5
(be warned - you must be able to withstand 5,000 hit to all 3 girls at once.)

Anwayz, to locations, Most of the Crimson Spheres you only get ONE chance to get the entire game.

Listed in game order.

Ch.1, After (or during-whichever you prefer) the foggy fiend mission on Mushroom Rock Road, return and follow the path down to the Den of the Woe, you will automatically pick up Crimson Sphere 9, which shows as Crimson Report 1 on Shinra's list.

Ch.2 Again, return to the Den of Woe, you will be given Crimson Sphere 7

Ch.2 Crimson Sphere 10 is in Logo's room, (Part of the story, I believe.)

Ch.3 Go to Guadosalam speak with a few people, when finished go to the "circle " bedroom. You'll find it hidden up top. Crimson Sphere 4, (I believe that this is the only one that you more that one shot to get.

Ch.3, When Djose is a hotspot, GO TO BEVELLE, follow who you see underground, (you'll need to lower the lift again, and go to where you fought the aeon) then after scenes, you'll need to pick up the sphere on the floor. Crimson Sphere 1

At the End of Ch. 3 Crimson Sphere 2 & 3 are given to you.

Ch. 4 after the concert go to the engine room and LeBlanc will give you Crimson Sphere 5. You will be told she is there if you didn�t skip the scenes, (Do not speak to Shinra until you have it.)

In Ch. 5
Crimson Sphere 6 is in Bevelle on Floor 1. Crimson Sphere 8 is on Floor 20.
Exit the Dungoen for now. (Avoid Red Dragons.)

that guy you fight after you find the 10th gatekeeper ( the one attacking the al bhed camp) is REALLY REALLY HARD!!!

Yes, he is, Focus on using two dark knights doing the darkness attack.

An alchemist (preferably with a speed bracer on) mixing potion & hi-potion for Mega-Potion. (If you run out switch to stash Mega-Potion)

Use Star Curtains to keep a reflect status as much as possible to avoid getting hit by magic.
(Remember: White Magic is reflected too, so don't use cure, use an alchemist.)

The dark knights should have all of their proofs learned before taking this guy on.

I forgot to guard my alchemist against poison, but since I was healing all the time, I just left her alone.

Even when doing all this there will be times when you die. I went through 28 phoenix downs during this fight. But don't worry, he will eventually die.

You may also want to note, that you don't have to kill him to finish the game. The reward is a Ribbon, and if your going for the 100% then you do have to get rid of him. But since you've already missed Crimson Spheres,the 100% will have to wait for a New Game Plus.

Just be sure to get All of the Crimson Spheres in your next game.

You'll still have to gather all of them. These Spheres will not carry over, so you'll have to gather even the one's you already have.

for the ff. chapters (except for ch. 3)here I recommend some best places to level up

ch. 1- mt. gagazet, bikanel island, macalania

ch. 2- same places

ch. 3- same places +mi'ihen highroad

ch. 5- farplane abyss <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

some places are connected for the sake of episode completes. Example, to get episode complete in Djose, you must dig the necessary parts in Bikanel Island

christina if you want level up fast you need lady luck dress with double exp and go to thunder plains and equip with lure bangle or whatever it is and go to cave (in the 10th tower in chapter 5) and keep fight monsters they will give you 2000 exp or 4000 and with double exp well you know what you will gain but carfurl they are bad they use stope darknes and poison (machina) so be aware :devil
