comon guys thats what they said its just helping in a way they can jeez not to make it any easier..any way WHY would u need auto life if its easy if u frekin die then its not easy for u..then if u didn't die..why would u have to care about auto life..think about it i mean...

I think the auto life thing was the faith helping your team to deal the final blow to YU Yevon as once braskas final aeon was killed he had to take hold of another Aeon to build another Sin.

Knowing this when he/it took over the aeons in turn you kill them all to prevent him having a new body in which to build his "armor" (sin) so the final battles werent really about lossing it was representive to the story of how YU Yevon creates Sin and recreates the cycle of death all over again.

I think auto life made the battle WAAAY to easy. when i had to kill anime, and the aeon before him ( i forgot his name i renamed him) i seriously got completely annihalated twice. so i would have had to play the last guy again at least once.
