Wow, that is scary! It really sounds like you are having serious trust issues with this guy. You feel strongly that if you put your full trust in him, that he could let you down and hurt you. You need to really think about whether this is just an insecurity - where you're afraid to trust him because other guys have hurt you in the past - or whether this might be a REAL worry, that the guy is showing subtle signs that you should NOT trust him ...
