Here's the picture that NASA put up for an April Fool claiming the discovery of a moon of Mercury. The date should have been a giveaway: March 31, 2012. A second hint for astronomy buffs: the enlargement of the supposed moon was immediately recognizable as the asteroid Ida. It was visited by the spacecraft Galileo in 1993, and was the first asteroid known to have a little moon.
