Monday weekly weigh-in! I had it written down and now can't find it. I think the weight was 130.6 from Bob feeding me pizza. I aim to stay below 130. Must exercise. I'm so backlogged with work that I haven't even been doing yoga each day. I need to at least take 15 minutes a day to do something. How are you doing?
... update - I found the piece of paper. I was at 19.2% fat, 55.7% water, and 36.0lb muscle.
