Lori, don't panic. Do you get a break at work? If so walk on your breaks. It has been proven that several short exercise periods a day work just as well as one longer session.
Can you do single leg stretch; tree pose; and chair pose? Do them while your waiting for the water to boil or the water to get sudsy. Pick one pose, just do it. Don't let yourself slip anymore. Get up in the morning and do: Exercises to Relieve Morning Stiffness or Exercise in Bed to Relieve Joint Pain
Just try five minutes. You have come so far, don't slip up now!
