Get out now...your life already sounds intolerable, and it will only get worse if an accidental pregnancy happens. Trust your instincts on this one...you're reluctant to go ahead and have kids because you have absolutely no compatibility, either sexually or on an emotional level. I suspect you're staying in the relationship because of cultural or religious reasons (I think you said you believe in staying married). I've seen this so many times. It's not worth it, if you do stay and have children together, besides the fact that you don't seem to want them, the children will know you hate each other and you will not be providing a good model of marriage for them to follow later.
