haha - good point. I definitely think food adds to our lives. I can get an extra happy boost all day long just knowing I'll get to indulge in some chocolate that evening! I think eating healthfully is also a huge factor in maintaing well-being, so I try to keep my desserts healthy as well. That way, I enjoy them as a treat all they while knowing I'm still giving my body good food! Yea!!! Of course, every now and then though, I'll eat something totally "un" healthy! haha
