Whatever your weight is right now, figure out the next "multiple of 5" below you. So if you are 189, you would say 185. If you are 297, you would say 295. The key is to aim for ONLY FIVE POUNDS for now. That makes it a small number that you KNOW you can reach. By taping these signs on your mirror, carrying them in your purse and so on, you get regular encouragement that you can do it!
