Had a good day today as well smile

Breakfast: 2 egg whites with mushrooms, coffee with Half & half
Snack: 2 slices of cheese
Lunch: Salad - lettuce, cucumber, mushrooms, 3 baby carrots cut to thin sticks), ginger dressing. 1 hotdog
Snack: 1/4 maccademia nuts
Dinner: stake
