I have taken and am taking Glyburide due to the fact that i can't tolerate Byetta but i've not had problems with that. I *think* i remember taking a GERD med before Protonix that i had a problem with but i don't remember for sure. Maybe there is a different med you could take that you would tolerate better. God, i really feel for you cuz i remember how completely horrible i felt on Byetta and how unpredictable my ability to keep food down was. When i was on Byetta and threw up it was like i was throwing up 2 days worth of whatever food i had eaten...i could never believe the amount. It was horrible. I really hope you can figure it out.
