I am lactose intolerant and I recently found an ice cream made grom goats milk that I can digest without problem. It is called Laloo's Goat Milk Ice Cream and it is awesome. I thought I was going to have to give up ice cream when I found out I was lactose intolerant. But when a friend recommended Laloo's to me, i almost flipped. It tastes just like cows milk ice cream and is lower in fat and calorie content.
