Weekly weigh-in time! How are you doing on your goals? I'm at 130.2lb, 19.2% fat, 55.8% water, 35.8lb muscle.

Lisa, I'm at 148 pounds and would like to get down to right where you are. I did have a little improvement this week because I was 150 last Monday. So where do you get that breakdown of fat, muscle, and water? I have the Fitbit Aria scale to weigh in on, but it only gives me a body fat measure...

Ro - we're currently using the Eatsmart Scale but there are many on the market that offer those same measurements. We've tested a number of them and most work quite fine.

Thank you for the scale info, Lisa. I am at 148.5 pounds this Monday. I keep circling this 5-pound range between 146 to 151 or so. Very frustrating!
