It's almost time for our cyber group meditation to begin - 8pm here in The Netherlands for me, or 8pm your local time. Let's all think about personal and world peace!

To all the old-timers and those who are contemplating joining our cyber group meditation - finish your refreshments an hour before sitting to meditate so as not to be interfered with by the digestion process - such as suddenly having to visit the restroom.
