I guess this was a group meditation! ?
I took my twins to see Despicable 2 this morning. Arrived with nobody in the cinema...it was a time of quietness believe it or not!
It gave me the time to think about finishing my article for today. Relaxing, comforting and totally enjoyable!

Your posts are a pleasure to read. Usually when I check my email on my phone, I get annoyed at certain people for emailing me too much, usually people in my family. But when I see a message that someone here has written something lovely I actually enjoy clicking to see what she has written. Your words always make me smile and bring me peace. Thank you for this
