I'm getting ready for our world-wide group meditation. For me it will be at 8pm in The Netherlands. Try for 8pm your local time with the intentions of personal and world peace. Together we can lift the consciousness of our planet.

I love hearing about your meditations, Susan! It makes me so happy to imagine you over there meditating with your lovely rooftop garden. Today at 2pm I was asleep, but maybe I was sleep-meditating! Today at 8pm I was kayaking, which is a style of meditation .

Ah, much better than the saltwater track. This one stayed just with one "shot" the whole way through, without switching every two minutes. Plus, it had a gentle current.
