I meditate in my car, usually when I drive into the parking spot at night. I lock the doors, and rest, and close my eyes. Sometimes in silence, sometimes with pleasant music. I've had some very healing meditations in my car.

I like what you wrote Lisa about the air conditioner making a soothing sound. That was very relaxing to read. Thank you.

And thank you too Susan for all your meditation positivity. I appreciate this so much.

I'm trying to work up the courage to take a plane ride to Texas to visit my niece and nephew and also my mother. I have not seen them in a long time and this weighs on my mind every day.

I do not like traveling. I have a lot of sleep problems and I worry that traveling will bring them out even more so I always avoid traveling. But I know I have to take this trip at some point.

Immediately when I started reading your article, I reminded myself to do this when the time comes that I am on the plane.

This is a wonderful article and reminder. Thank you smile
