Yeah, I'm up for that -- once the war within stops then outer conflict is sure to follow.

Even though I don't follow the time frame of corporate cyber-meditation, (which is extremely important), I do follow a somewhat day-long meditation during my waking hours as the universe has granted me an open schedule after years of asking for it.

Burt, that is great that you have a "somewhat day-long meditation." I think it is so important for each of us to do what we can, with the time allotted us, to try to raise the planetary vibration. Thanks for posting here.

Thanks Susan !

You're a Great Lady !! smile !!!

I AM So Grateful that there is someone out there like you.

Really.

I guess somewhere in the ancient teachings is the idea and principle that we rise and fall together as one.

I just try to send loving and helpful vibrations everywhere as I sit alone and think -- I asked the universe to be helpful to the grave pain and suffering in this neck of the cosmos, and after great suffering, the universe put me where I could be most useful even though it does not seem that I'm useful to the outer world.

As I stated in Random Ruminations:

" Thanks guys for the platitudes, but I'm sure you can see that I'm pretty broken and bitter in a joyful sort of way if that makes sense.

I exist.

I have allowed that jagged heights of a 'mountain-top' experience to grind me to powder.

And, crazily enough, that seems to be... 'ok'.

I never did want to hurt anyone, so I ended up hurting myself, trying to take on the burdens of the world.

There is a method, a madness and 'an eternal golden braid', (to plagiarize a term), to this thing called life.

It just seems that 'the natural order of things' has not been lived on this planet properly in the larger scheme of things, yet old orders are breaking down and a wave of new possibilities are being forced upon us, breaking and shattering worldviews.

I don't know anything.

I just sit alone and think day after day.

Thank You Both,

Burt B. "

Sincerely,

Burt B. smile

Susan - thank you so much for posting about your meditations! They send me email alerts when you do. So far I've been asleep for them but I have faith that one of these times I'll be awake and can join you!

Meditation time coming up in 15 minutes! I think I'll go up and #meditate with the AC tonight. The house is quite stuffy. Where will you meditate?

A lovely, relaxing meditation. Seagulls and puffins were the feature on this section of Winged Migration. And AC is always nice.

We are nearing the 10pm meditation! Tonight I will meditate on the things I've checked off my list, to give me encouragement to plow on smile
