hmmm... Mesa verde - 4 corners - a trip across Navajo Country hugging the Utah-Arizona border & then drop south between Page, AZ & Kanab, UT. Need to pace the trip because the road is closed during winter - a very seasonal resort area...

Y
Yo-Yo to waste time while waiting for winter to pass
(maybe make some pocket change on the side by showing off tricks on the street corner; as if we were good enough to know any tricks)

Early in the evening,
just about supper time,
over by the courthouse
their starting to unwind.
Bettlemess with his yo-yo
swinging it in kind.
Down on the corner,
out in the street,
Beetle and the pack train is playing
Bring a nickel, tap your feet.

Z
Zuni drum to keep time for the yo-yo tricks
