Yesterday it was snowing off/on, foggy off/on and windy.

At night it was snowing off/on, foggy off/on and windy.

When I went to bed it was windy, snowing, there was almost no fog and the sun was somewhat risen.

When I got up it was windy, snowing, little foggy and the sun was getting ready to set.
