As you may have guessed from my many posts, marketing is important to me and something I struggle with.
I give away nice ink pens and note pads, as well as refrigerator magnets, all with my company name and contact information, so that my customers and potential customers remember me. I also give each paying customer a token thank you gift to show my appreciation for their business. It's a small touch but I've learned that saying thank you goes a long way.
I also use coupon discounts and specials at holiday time to promote my business.
