Help, I just got an embroidery machine and the tension is off and I can't seem to adjust it correctly. I've broken 3 needles in 2 days and its driving me crazy. It's a Simplicity SE3 and I embroidered one design before it started to give me problems. I've checked my thread and it seems to be ok. What do I do?

I would definately be taking it back to where you got it and getting them to look at it. Perhaps they could also show you how to adjust the tension correctly.

I hope this will help you out. I have a simplicity SE3 also. If you don't have your instrution manual you can download and print one go to www.simplicitysewing.com then choose the produts tab and choose the instrutions manual. Now go to embroidery drop down box and Simplicity SE3 will be in the box. you will need the acrobat reader if you do not have this there is a free download option at the bottom of the page you are on. There is also 2 phone numbers included with my machine. 1-800-335-0025 and 1-800-822-6691. The manual has everything you should need to fix your problem. Good Luck [color:"red"] [/color]
