What is your favorite cocktail recipe to make with Bailey's Irish Cream? After all, St. Patrick's Day is coming up!

Here's one I just made, I enjoy the taste of Jagermeister -

I'm amused it's called a Harley Davidson but it has Midori in it. Midori is a melon liqueur and not something normally drunk by Harley riders ...
I must confess that I could be the only person alive who absolutely hates Baileys Irish Cream! My husband loves it though and his favorite drink is a combination of Baileys and Amaretto over ice. However, because this is a family channel I can't mention the name!

About once a year, my brother and I have a mug of really strong coffee and add a little Bailey's to it. Usually around Christmas or New Year's. I also like Bailey's standing alone.

That's interesting, Beth! Do you like whiskey?
My favorite is Baileys and coffee. I always have it around the holidays and quite often at other times too. smile

I used to like that too - I've stopped drinking coffee but that's one thing I miss smile
Hi Lisa,

I absolutely adore whiskey, but I generally like it neat!

Alright, so St. Patty's is long gone for this year, but if you want to show off your bartending awesomeness I recommend the German Rattlesnake. Start with a 1 oz. shot glass (tall and skinny works best). Have a bottle of Kahlua at room temperature; and Baileys, Jagermeister, and Rumplemintz in the fridge - it also helps a lot to have pour-spouts on all of your bottles. Pour the Kahlua in first (a little over a quarter of the way up the glass), then slowly pour in the Baileys, allowing it to just trickle down the inside of the glass, until you've gone up to just over half the height of the glass. You should have two distinct layers. Repeat with the Rumplemintz and then Jagermeister, and now you have a super tasty four-layered shot. All mistakes should be promptly consumed. laugh

No one has mentioned a BBC, Bailey's Banana Colada! A fantastic drink served on most cruise ships. Deliciously thick and takes the place of dessert quite nicely. Be sure to ask if they can make it with a fresh banana.
