Alright, so St. Patty's is long gone for this year, but if you want to show off your bartending awesomeness I recommend the German Rattlesnake. Start with a 1 oz. shot glass (tall and skinny works best). Have a bottle of Kahlua at room temperature; and Baileys, Jagermeister, and Rumplemintz in the fridge - it also helps a lot to have pour-spouts on all of your bottles. Pour the Kahlua in first (a little over a quarter of the way up the glass), then slowly pour in the Baileys, allowing it to just trickle down the inside of the glass, until you've gone up to just over half the height of the glass. You should have two distinct layers. Repeat with the Rumplemintz and then Jagermeister, and now you have a super tasty four-layered shot. All mistakes should be promptly consumed.
