The year 2023 provided a lot of exciting astronomy. I listed the ones that I liked best.
Top 10 Astro Stories of 2023Still outraged that Pluto is now a [grrr] dwarf planet? A group of planetary scientists reviewed data and images from the 2015 New Horizons flyby. They believe they've found the remains of a super cryovolcano on Pluto. (A cryovolcano erupts ice rather than lava.) Things are looking up, Little Guy!
