Still had insomnia and the house was still available so I did it and it went well and I am happy with it and the previous decision.

All the decades of teeth grinding slowly took a toll (first my enamel started to go away then it was pieces of fillings and teeth then last year gum recession and now it has changed the place of a few teeth and my jaw started hurting) so tomorrow I will call my dentist.

Knee surgery this upcoming Friday. Late yesterday afternoon I did something to my other knee. I'm hobbling along.
