August 9th is National Book Lover's Day in the US. While I've reviewed a number of Italian crime dramas on the Drama Movies site, I also enjoy reading Italian novels in translation. I just finished six novels by Gianrico Carofiglia. His work has been adapted for television and film so there may be an upcoming review on my site that features Carofiglia.
