Yesterday it was sunny and windy.
At night it was windy.
When I went to bed it was windy and the sun was starting to rise.
When I got up it was partly cloudy and windy.

Here in Central Virginia it is 90 but it feels hotter than than. It was stifling hot yesterday evening.
