the exercise I did today was work with a ball. for core work and have used the ball as my desk chair today! It was interesting yet comfortable and yes I do feel it in my abs but not in a way you do with standard sit ups for ex.

One of those giant exercise balls - ummmmm, something to think about while I'm sitting at my desk. One thing for sure, you need to sit up straighter and do some balancing.

I am going to stop the exercise for now, electricity went off hours ago and it just came back, luckily I had finished my food but the night routine right now would either be done or almost done, that insomnia is taking it's toll on me and I do not have enough strength right now for the exercise despite it not taking a long time since I had just started it, I will finish my food (like 10 pieces are left - ate VERY slowly in case it would of taken longer) and then do everything in my night routine except the body lotion (that too i had just started every night too).

This just goes with the rest of today! I will need to redo my plan and a few things (should also finally take care of the paper i need to take care of - have to get it in order by date and it keeps accumulating) then I will start exercising again (probably that exercise).
