The cortisone, continue the Tucker Carlson marathon, two searches (if i cannot find what im looking for i will have to change the way i do things as far as decisions and planning goes), the Dallas Stars and if the inflammation is still there the cortisone.

The cortisone, check the house (it was still available last night - i will not check it for probably a while if still available - went months without checking - it would be perfect in many ways so do not want to jinx it), continue the Tucker Carlson marathon, Hell's Kitchen and if the inflammation is still there the cortisone.

The cortisone, finish planning something, continue the Tucker Carlson marathon, Ghost Adventures, if the inflammation is still there the cortisone and a new melatonin (it has 4 different dosage so will try the first - it says that we can take 2 but its just that plant and added flavor and 10mg is the max for that plant and these gummies are 2,5mg so i figured taking 3 or 4 would not do any harm - lets hope i only need 1 or 2).
