The cortisone, continue the Tucker Carlson marathon, plan something, do the thing (i could prepare it then do it later tonight or today), if the inflammation is still there the cortisone and the melatonin.

All done but for nothing because it did not work  , I finally had a light bulb moment and I know how it will work (just missed a tiny thing) but I won't do that today because my head will explode plus I want to have more time to think about it in case I made another mistake!
