I havnt yet started making candles as i have only just decided i want to make them. im after any tips and tricks you may have for me. For example - how easy is it? what is the best wax to use? anything you can think of that a person starting out would need to know. also where do you by your supplies from? Thanks :)

start by watching you tube videos, and a heat gun is your best friend for getting smooth tops . hope this helps

I'm going to make candles for gifts this year for X-mas. I would like them to be made from soy. What are some of the best soy chips/flakes that can be bought from say Hobby Lobby or Amazon?
