Tried the fifth dosage last night, took a long time to fall asleep then soon woke up (insult to injury it was with a full bladder so had to go to the bathroom) and the rest of the night was me waiting to fall asleep then sleep a short time.

Last night I tried the seventh dosage; it took a ling time to fall asleep and woke up several times but somehow managed to fall back asleep, the worst is that with I think less than three hours after being in bed I had to get up to go to the bathroom.
