The following night I took it again and again it worked. Last night I did not take it and the insomnia was still there so I will take it again tonight, if it still works this time I will try two night without taking it instead of one to see if the insomnia is finally gone.

It worked again, I will not take it for two nights and if the insomnia is still there Tuesday night I will take it again.

Ended up taking it again and it worked again. I just tried three nights and the insomnia is still there so I will take it again tonight.

Still had insomnia for the four days so last night I took it again and it worked again, now I will try five nights without it.

Took the melatonin again last night because the insomnia was still there during the six nights and this time it did not work so I got rid of it after getting up and will try another, Jamieson only has another one for those who cannot or do not want to swallow and I will go for it, if it does not work or decide to not work then I will go with another brand.

Looks like I forgot to come here when it was five nights without it, I still had insomnia and it worked when I took it.

I am about to go run errands and I will get the Jamieson under the tongue 10mg, it should work at least eight times since the 5mg under the tongue Jamieson worked seven times; I will start it tonight.

I got rid of it this morning because it did nor work! Well it started by working then it stopped working; about twenty to forty minutes after taking it I had some effects then I fell asleep but woke up less than two hours after being in bed then fell asleep for at least one hour but less than two and then after many hours I was able to fall asleep at least twice and one I slept for at least two hours.

I will write a critic of this soon on Amazon Canada then buy another with high critics and recommendations.

Could not write a critic because it is out of stock and nobody can write critics in that case, checked before coming here and it was still out of stock, will check every day until I can write my critic of it.
