Had my EAS protein shake for breakfast with my chewy vitamins, now having licorice tea while I catch up. How are you doing today? Did you get a good breakfast?

I am still maintaining my healthy plan of having an EAS protein nutritional shake every morning. I'm just not hungry in the morning and that helps ensure I get good nutrition and protein into me to start the day.

Share what healthy breakfast items you work into your routine!

I had my protein shake for breakfast today. For me, it's the perfect way to start each day. Good protein, good fiber, healthy vitamins. A win-win.

Here it is two and a half years later and I wanted to report that yes I'm still loving my EAS protein shake for breakfast every morning. I have it with chewy vitamins. So it's what works for me!

Mini wheats, raisin bran, eggs, toast, oatmeal, yogurt. Everyday it is something different.

OK probably 2/3rd of those items are not low carb :). The eggs and yogurt are great!

As for low-carb breakfasts, I like having a slice of multigrain or rye bread with no-fat bacon, avocado and a boiled egg. It feels quite fulfilling in the mornings.
