you need to have titus key skills, there at the bottom of the skill page and if you are level 20 you have 20% chance of getting it <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

First off, I'm assuming you have the Jecht Shot. Second, Tidus must know ALL of his Key Techniques. Third, Wakka must have ALL of his overdrives and the Sigil. After all of these needs are met, Jecht Shot 2 has a XX chance of becoming a prize in the League. (XX being Tidus' current Blitzball level.)
