1. In general terminology, they both refer to the same class of ppl in the gaming world.

2. in both sounding the same, all ppl know the general meaning of what Gerb was saying, so pointing that out was a pointless exercise

3. You're the first person ive ever seen make the distinction openly, and i spend a fair amount of time around well experianced players <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

If not typed correctly, some may consider it an insult. I just corrected Gerb. I'm so sorry if I offended you by doing so. And they do mean different things. Apparently you haven't been around enough experienced gamers.

aight, its not that big of a deal. newb to me is someone new. n00b to me is like noob saibot off of mortal kombat trilogies. all people will take it different b/c not everyone knows exactly what it means, so we all take it differently. its not that big of a deal though. nice to have you back tho gerb.
