Chop some tomatoes into a small bowl. Mix sweet onion or scallions with 4% milk fat small curd cottage cheese. Spoon the cottage cheese mixture over the tomatoes and sprinkle with pepper.

Hi and thank you for this promotion of Cottage Cheese!
I love cottage cheese and often feel sorry for the containers that are shoved to the back or passed over for chip dip at my grocery store. I'm sure it gets lonely this time of the year.
I also love it with grapes.

I'll try grapes. I love it with canned pears, pineapple, or peaches.
I also like to mince carrots, celery, onion, and peppers and mix them into the cottage cheese.
Have you ever poured boiling chicken and rice soup over cottage cheese? It looks ugly, but it tastes so good!

No, and Jeff makes chicken and rice soup. He is not the cottage cheese fan that I am. I will try that next time! Thank you for your suggestions. And Now . . . I'm craving cottage cheese!!!!

Daikon sauteed in bacon fat, then boiled until soft. Clean it well and cook it with the skin on.
