I went outside a little today. First a while after my morning routine was over to put things in each of the three bins. Then a few minutes ago I went out because I remembered that the collection here is on Wednesdays (had to look up what it is this week - dad does that but my parents were not back yet). The first time I walked a little in our yard and the second time I went on the beach a little bit (at first i just wanted to stay on the path then i figured since i was there plus it was raining and i love rain). Good thing the both times I went outside I put clothes, a coat and rain boots !

I am too lazy to go outside today.

The doctor said that instead of walking daily I shoould do yoga. This is because I have diminished breathing and she said it would be better for me. I had a hard time this past week with breathing.

I had just sat on the sofa to finish my juice and when I looked outside I saw him/her. He/she looked like a big baby Lion but then I saw the small tail (for a few seconds i thought that maybe an idiot had gotten 1 and had cut the tail but then i saw the ears). He/she was walking like it was not the first time coming where people are. He/she disappeared a few minutes then I saw him/her again walking another direction in my yard and that was it as far as me seeing him/her.

It is so awesome seeing wild animals in person! I hope he/she was able to get back to nature without being seen, otherwise there's a huge chance that the animal control would be called then they probably will come here to kill him/her or another while saying they got him/her!

I walked. 7300 steps. I've gone a bit lazy, but somehow after doing my main walk - in which I also do shopping and errands - I can't seem to persuade myself to go out again. At least I can say that I do more quality steps as there is a certain amount of uphill that's hard to find in London. (Hampstead would do, but it's way beyond affordable.)
