When my parents almost do nothing to push my button it just shows that they can actually not do these things. My mom last year the way she was talking about it when I dared confront her about it said that they could not help it, she almost described it like they had an illness that made them act this way.
If one day they both do not try one thing to push my buttons all day long I probably will faint from it!

So I was parking my car in a tight parking lot on Sat and clipped another car. Small dent, some paint scratches. I left my number the way I'm supposed to. Today I got a call from the insurance. This is what is supposed to happen, but part of me wants to whine because it's just a dent and some paint! Oh well, at least I did the right thing. A bit more stressed than I was before I got the phone call.

Nancy --- my grandmother was extremely critical of me and was a real button pusher until the day she croaked. It was a huge part of the way she was raised. I don't think she would have stopped otherwise. Pure evil to raise a kid that way.
