Two dog walks, a 75 minute pool workout and 3K on the stationary bike.

Just came back from a walk.

Today I stopped between the second and third electric pole.

Cloudy and raining which is the weather I love. Also the wind was not strong but cold, it was in my face during the first half.

Almost no waves.

More grass and beach showing.

I saw Gulls, Ducks, Crows and one more breed of Birds.

Just writing something to see if what I wrote was posted or not.

Just came back from a walk.

Today I went to our post office box.

I was glad when I got up that I could not walk after my morning routine, just by looking outside I could see it was cold today. Almost noon and even with the sun out almost all the time I was outside it was cold. The wind is strong today too.

I again just went to our post office box.

It is very cold today. Strong cold wind, I had mittens on and I still had frozen hands because I had to grab my hood while I was coming back. No sun but that at least is not a negative (for me anyway haha).

Big waves today (it was beautiful to see this morning when all the rocks were underneath the water).

I walked a bit today. Over to the post office and back -- about 1/4 mile.

Nancy. I am doing well. I have been walking for several months, inconsistently. But I was using a treadmill and also a recumbent bike. I have started walking outside now and it is much more pleasant, however it is more challenging also. I have to rest during the walk.
